Bank Transfer Details
Detailed banking instructions (account holder, account number, IFSC and branch) are shared on confirmation of your service request via secure email. Please request banking details from your assigned coordinator.
Request bank detailsInternational Payments
International patients can pay via SWIFT wire transfer or international card payments. All bank charges and currency conversion fees are to be borne by the remitter. Payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP and AED.
Payment Terms
- • A confirmation advance may be required at the time of booking.
- • Hospital treatment fees are paid directly to the hospital.
- • Facilitation, transfer and accommodation fees are paid to Santos King Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd.
- • Final invoice depends on actual services availed.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if any) are processed as per the cancellation policy and only for services not yet rendered. Hospital fees, non-refundable bookings (flights, certain hotels) and government fees are excluded. Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 business days to the original payment source.
