Please read carefully. By engaging our services you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of Services
Heal India Medi Tourism (a part of Santos King Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd.) acts strictly as a facilitator between the patient and independent third-party healthcare providers, hospitals, transport operators and accommodation partners. We do not provide medical treatment ourselves.
2. Liability Disclaimer
All medical advice, diagnosis, treatment decisions and clinical outcomes are the sole responsibility of the treating doctors and hospitals. We shall not be liable for:
- Medical complications or adverse outcomes
- Quality, success or duration of treatment
- Delays caused by hospitals, embassies or government authorities
- Loss, injury, damage or expense arising from third-party services
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, pandemic restrictions and political unrest
3. Additional Charges Due to Complications
Treatment estimates are indicative and based on standard protocols. In case of medical complications, extended hospitalisation, additional investigations, ICU stay or unforeseen procedures, the resulting additional charges shall be borne entirely by the patient and are payable directly to the hospital.
4. Booking & Confirmation
Service confirmation is subject to receipt of advance payment (where applicable), valid passport/visa documentation and acceptance by the hospital. Booking is non-transferable.
5. Patient Obligations
The patient agrees to provide accurate and complete medical history, follow hospital and doctor instructions, carry valid documentation, respect Indian laws and cooperate with on-ground staff. Misrepresentation may result in cancellation of services without refund.
6. Insurance
We strongly recommend international travel and medical insurance. We do not underwrite or guarantee insurance claims; settlement is between the patient and their insurer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos and material on this website are owned by Santos King Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version on this page supersedes all previous versions.
